your bodyweight. You do not need the latest gadget; you do not
need a gym full of fancy equipment.

bodyweight training: all you need is your own bodyweight, master
your bodyweight and you’ll be in the best shape of your
life.
If
you are not able to support your own bodyweight in some basic
movements, forget additional weights and focus just on a few exercises
like basic squats, pushups and sit-ups.
Training
movements means you do not just train muscles! Your nervous system
has to be in full control of your body position and stabilization.

With
bodyweight exercises you will improve your overall conditioning.
You train in endurance, in strength, in flexibility for a complete
functional body.
