fat diet if they want build their body. It is totally a wrong
assumption. The body builders can manage on low fat high protein
diet. After all body building means building the body not the

fat diet may help to put on weight fast but your health is at
peril. In order to maintain your health it is better to be on

as a body builder need to build only muscle not the fat as mentioned
